CEG-J10 Hardening Furnace is designed for use of spring leaf heating for quenching. The furnace is composed of furnace body, hydraulic walking beam, combustion system, compressor blower, air exhausting system and furnace temperature control system. The walking beam ensures the heating quality without black strip on spring plates. The furnace temperature is controlled and displayed accurately by using Japanese Shimaden s intelligent control instruments. The accuracy of temperature can be controlled within ± 10 .
