The screw of extruder is made of premium steel after fine machining and nitrogen hardening providing excellent wear resistance and longer service life. The complete system consists of nine machines including Model 80 extruder, Model 60 extruder, stainless steel cooling sizing water tank, heating air oven, stretching-printing-embossing calendar, machine winder and hand winder. The recycled PP granules and used plastic tape are used as major raw materials. During the course of production, the granular plastic needs no drying under high temperatures or blending. In the production of PP packing tape, cheap mineral powder can be used instead of expensive PP master batch fillers. The product quality will be raised while the production cost can be reduced substantially, so that the company gains higher profits.Machine specifications:
