1.This cabinet has the SUS frame , totally four sides symmetry with two double 25mm modulus holes of the assemble plane which can make the inside assemble systems standardly , the accessories can suit to the 14 folds profile materials and more choice for the inside installation
2.20mm distance between the double wall panel designed can engender the flue domino offect to make the cabinet has a very strong protection against solar irradiation
3.The frame has the inimitable water proof design , double panel door with three point lock , Polyurethane Gasket around the door . IP55
4.The door cover has 25mm salient and 75mm height of rain flashing which has the intact vented holes to make sure the air exchanged
5.The cabinet can be designed as 19” standard cabinet or customized all by client’s requirement
6.The cabinet can satisfy EMC or Non-EMC base on different equipment
7.Digital Temperature Unit systems (fans ,heat exchanger or industrial air condition)to ensure the equipment works well in the terrible environment . If there is not much cooling requirement for the cabinet , the cabinet can be assembled with fans or vented by the holes in the lower place of the side panels , there also have the dustproof net attached behind the vented holesSurface Treatment :
The degreasing , pickling , phosphoric , powder coated .
Material :
SUS frame 1.5mm thick .
Others are SPCC cold rolled steel 2.0mm thick .
Aluminium , Zinc Magnesium-plated steel and Alunminium panel also can be choosed .2.0mm to 4.0mm thick .
