Applicaion of DCP-Dicumyl Peroxide:
1. Being cross-lingking agent for EVA forming, which
provides the benifits of ligtweight, coloration and abrasion
resistance for EVA mat, EVA toys, EVA shoe soles.
2. Being cross-linking agent for XLPE cagle, which
helps resisting high temperature caused by electric
current in the wire and cable.
3. Being vulcanizing agent for EPR & EPT, which
are newly developed synthetic rubbers for wire and cable
coationg and conveyor belts. EPR can be cured efficiently by DCP or
other organic peroxides, instead of sulfur. EPT containing DCP can
improve heat resistance capability.Application of CHP:
For the polymerization of various monomers and unsaturated
polyester resins such as acrylates, polyethylene, vinyl acetate,
synthetic rubber etc.
It produces a controlled exothermic minimizing cracing or crazing
at curing temperature of 60 -93 in continuous manufacturing of
fiber glass reinforced olyester sheet, filament winding,
centrifugal casting and matched metal die moulding.
It is also for production of acetone and phenol.
