This machine is developed by our factory for more than ten years
fabrication and improvement. The screw of extruder is made of
premium steel after fine machining and nitrogen hardenging and it
features wear resistance and long sercive life.The complete system
consists of nine machines such as Model?0 extruder,Model ?0
extruderstainless steel cooling sizing water tank,drawing sizing
control panel,heating air oven,stretching-printing-embossing
calender,stretching sizing control panel,machine wider and hand
winder.The wider is equipped with meter counter and alarm.The
tension transmission is made by torqe motor.The screw of extrude is
specially designed with features of grade one and two as well as
new PP granule are used as major raw material.During the course of
production,the granular plastic needs not drying under high
temperature or blending.In the production of PP package tapes,the
cheap mineral powder could be used instead of expensive PP master
batch fillers.The product quality will be raised while the
production cost could be reduced substantialy so that company can
get higher economic
