This machine is developed by our factory for more than ten years fabrication and improvement.The screw of estruder is made of premium steel after fine machining and nitrogen hardenging and it features wear resistance and long sercive life.The complete system consists of nine machines such as Model?0 extruder,Model ?0 extruder,stainless steel cooling sizing water tank,heating air oven,stretching-printing-embossing calender,machine winder and hand winder.The recyled PP granules and used plastic tapes are used as major raw material.During the course of prodction,the granular plastic needs not drying under high temperature or blending.In the production of PP package tapes,the cheap mineral powder could be used instead of expensive PP master batch fillers.The product quality will be raised while the production cost could be reduced substantialy so that company can get higher economic profit.
