Open Joint-Stock Company "YUZHTRANSENERGO" manufactures gas-turbine
and gas-piston power plants intended for autonomous power supply in
base, peak and emergency-base modes of power consumption of
military, industrial and residential objects, which have technical
or commercial restrictions in centralized power supply, as well as
cogeneration and CHP plants based on gas-turbine power plants and
waste-heat boilers intended for combined production of electric
power and heat (superheated steam, hot water) using different types
of fuel: natural gas, coal-mine methane, coke oven gas, marginal
well gas, casing-head gas, diesel fuel, kerosene. Application of
cogeneration plants is the most efficient at enterprises with high
demand for heat (steam, hot water) and that which have available
low-cost fuel (coal-mine methane, coke oven gas, marginal well gas,
casing-head gas, biogas) with environmental problems being solved
at the same time.

Another activity of the Company is manufacture of steel hot-water
boilers and automated unit-type hot-water boiler houses intended
for heat and hot water supply of industrial and residential
buildings and constructions. Boiler houses are equipped with
monitoring, control and automation facilities ensuring trouble-free
operation. Capacity range is 2. 5; 4; 5. 8; 10. 4; 15. 7 and 23. 2
MW.
The Company overhauls diesel-locomotive shunters of TGM-6, TGM-4,
TGM-23, TGK-2 series and diesel engines 3A6D49 (8ChN26 / 26) ,
211D3 (6ChN21 / 21) , D6, D12, K661.
